(Bahamas’ North Bimini) Rockwell Island Beach Estates, the second phase of Bimini Bay Resort’s luxury oceanfront homes, officially broke ground last week.
This upscale beachfront retreat is being built by RAV Bahamas and will provide future residents with amenities like a cutting-edge wellness center with a meditation garden, spa, swimming pool, and sports facilities.
105 building lots on Rockwell Island are up for sale, with finished home prices ranging from $2 million to over $4 million. The area has been designed as a private resort community with 5-star amenities perfect for second-home buyers and those looking for a luxurious Caribbean lifestyle.
The project’s opulently designed beachfront residences and resort, which will be complete upon completion, will provide tenants and visitors with the full range of lifestyle amenities, including swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, a kids’ area, and fine dining establishments.
Rafael Reyes, Partner of RAV Bahamas, stated that Rockwell Island Beach Estates and Resort “will infuse a new level of luxury and introduce a new segment to the destination.” “A diverse segment of luxury clientele will experience the personification of paradise thanks to our exclusive location, our planned amenities, and the destination’s unmatched mystique.”
Jesus Castanon, the head of real estate for RAV Bahamas, tells World Property Channel that eight pre-sales contracts have already been signed, with the majority of the buyers so far hailing from Colombia, Mexico, and Venezuela.
North Bimini’s beaches and azure waters are home to Rockwell Island Beach Estates and Resort. Numerous natural elements from the surrounding areas will be incorporated into the environmentally friendly destination. Through a number of initiatives, such as mangrove preservation, the use of biofuels and other forms of renewable energy, as well as community development initiatives, the development will continue to have a positive impact on the social, economic, and environmental fabric of Bimini.
As the only resort area in the Caribbean with a beachfront home and boat slip combination, Rockwell Island also provides a special amenity for yachting or boating enthusiasts. Many of the beachfront lots feature mooring on an adjacent protected bayside lot for vessels up to 120 feet.
Castaon’s subsequent remarks “We are the only upscale Bahamas neighborhood that allows buyers to choose between having a bay as their backyard and having the ocean as their front yard. To find that kind of ocean-to-bay lot amenity and pay ten times as much for it, you must travel to Palm Beach Island.”
