CUET 2022: While some students said that finding housing in a new city would not be viable owing to safety concerns, others claimed they lacked the money to go within such a short deadline.
Students were once again perplexed on the first day of the second round of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG 2022. Many students have exam locations that are far away, making the travel challenging. While some have argued that finding lodging in another city would be impossible owing to safety concerns, others have claimed they lack the finances to make the short trip.
Students have asked the National Testing Agency (NTA) to modify their exam towns or centres and to make other arrangements by using the social media site Twitter. The CUET 2022 second phase is expected to have over 6,80,000 applicants. The test dates are August 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 20.
Aspirants for CUET 2022 have already experienced difficulties with the exam process. Several applicants stated that on the first day of the phase I exams, their exam centre was abruptly relocated, causing them to miss their tests. Later, NTA made it clear that those students will have another opportunity.
However, NTA had announced that the exam body would provide a special option for applicants who want to modify the city of the CUET 2022 exam that has been assigned to them for phase 2 of the exam. Candidates who weren’t given their first choice city can choose to modify it through this option. They can accomplish this through cuet.samarth.ac.in, the official website. Such applicants will be permitted to take the exam in the city of their choosing at a later time, after August 10. Additionally, they will receive a new admission card.
