For Rs 33 crore, Rakesh Roshan’s company purchases commercial real estate in Mumbai.

The commercial space has eight parking spaces and a total area of 10,539 square feet.

According to documents obtained by real estate data analytics company CRE Matrix, Rakesh Roshan and Hrithik Roshan’s company FilmKraft Productions Pvt Ltd purchased four office units totaling 10,000 square feet in Marathon Futurex in Mumbai’s Lower Parel neighbourhood for Rs 33 crore.

The commercial space has eight parking spaces and a total area of 10,539 square feet.

On November 1, the Agreement for Sale was filed. Around Rs, 2 crores in stamp duty were paid on the transaction.

Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited and Marathon Realty Private Limited are the vendors. Neither the buyers nor the sellers offered any commentary.

Nykaa, the well-known brand name for Falguni Nayar-supported FSN E-Commerce Ventures, leased two office spaces totaling 55,146 square feet in Lower Parel in Mumbai in September for about Rs 70 lakh per month for five years. Marathon Realty Private Limited has leased these floors.
